Batch production

The process advantages of laser welding are not always sufficient to justify in-house investments in welding systems. In this case the Application Center of LPKF Laser & Electronics AG, Plastics Welding Division offers you the option of taking over the manufacture of your small and medium-sized production lots with the following range of services: 

• Lot size up to 250,000 items (depending on the component size and the required welding time).
• Assembly and testing processes prior to, and following, the welding process.
• Processing and quality assurance based on the corresponding specifications of the VDA (Association of Automotive Industry).
• Use of the most modern process monitoring and data archiving technology.
• Implementation of special production requirements; e.g. ESD protection, increased cleanliness, etc.

We have already proved to our customers in several projects that we can also manage to produce larger lot sizes with the highest quality without any difficulty.
