Testing laboratory

We have an in-house testing laboratory to test and secure our high quality demands with the following options for the analysis of the bonds in the constructioned plastic units: 

• Grinding and polishing table for plastics.
• Microscope with digital archiving.
• Leak rate testing system (up to 8 bar and 20 ml/min).
• Leak test in a water bath (hot/cold, up to 8 bar).
• Burst test (water pressure of up to 40 bar).
• Transmission measurements.
• Predrying or tempering of prototypes in a warming cabinet / drying chamber.
