Erlangen the 23rd February 2005 – The quality management system of the LaserQuipment AG, the specialist for laser plastic welding, has been accredited end of 2004 according to the DIN ES ISO 9001:2000 guideline.
 
The audited QA System extends on development, production, sales and service of laser devices for plastic welding as well as the application centre, where feasibility studies, prototyping and small series production are carried out.

The certification confirms the high quality standard that LaserQuipment achieves with their products and services, assuring this for the future as well. Thus, the company can meet the highest customer requirements.

A further change took place at the turn of the year in the management. Dr.-Ing. Stefan Hierl, formerly head of the engineering department, became a member of the board of managing directors as from the 1st of January 2005. In terms of restructuring the business management, Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Frank Brunnecker received the power of procuration.
