The high-efficient Stand-Alone system creates highly reliable weld joints and its clever concept makes it easy to use and integrate into the production process. Short cycle and changeover times provide the highest flexibility. The LQ-Power RT is made from high-quality components to ensure trouble-free use and the highest availability even in rough industrial environments. In addition, laser class 1 guarantees the highest level of operation safety.
The incorporated technology in the LQ-Power RT can provide significant advantages over conventional plastic joining and fastening techniques. It avoids all joining related stress and prevents damage to the electronic components embedded within the housing. Laser welding produces less flesh and creates tight welds of superior quality without any particulate. Real-time monitoring allows for superior process control. Laser technology produces weld joints with minimal space requirements and is especially attractive when joining housings or enclosures for sensor and control modules in automotive, medical and aerospace applications.
LPKF Laser & Electronic’s Plastic Welding Division is focused on development, production and distribution of systems for the laser plastics welding.
