Press conference at LPKF: The new CEO Dr. Ingo Bretthauer com-ments on his first impressions and his plans for LPKF Laser & Elec-tronics AG.

And above all I am looking forward to the cooperation with colleagues who have been loyal to LPKF for so many years and are doing everything to advance the company”. Dr. Ingo Bretthauer (53) represents LPKF Laser & Electronics AG since the beginning of February as Chief Executive Officer, responsible for Sales, Marketing and Production.
Bretthauer has very broad experience in the sales and marketing of industrial equipment. With a degree in engineering and a PhD in economics, he previously worked for seven years in various positions at AEG. He moved from there to Deutsche Bahn, where his last position was Chief Marketing Officer at DB Reise & Touristik. He was CEO and sole managing director of a medium-sized mechanical and plant engineering company from 2001 to 2007.
Bretthauer considers his most important task to continuously develop the product range: “LPKF is very well established with its high precision laser systems. With these systems our customers can produce higher quality at lower costs. We will extend our technological leadership and push the organic growth of the Group”, comments the new CEO on the fundamental direction of the company.
