LPKF showcases top system LPKF LQ-Vario RT at MEDTEC Europe 2010
Competence and modularity: With the further advancement of its flagship system the LPKF LQ-Vario, LPKF establishes the benchmarks for handling, efficiency and flexibility in laser plastic welding.

The LPKF LQ-Vario is the laser welding system that superbly satisfies the sophisticated demands of medical technology – economic production with the highest levels of safety”, is how Frank Brunnecker, Vice President Business Unit Laser Welding of laser specialist LPKF, describes the design priority of this system. At MEDTEC Europe in Stuttgart from 23 to 25 March 2010, in Hall 4, Stand 660, LPKF will be showcasing this system featuring integrated process monitoring, a rotary table for rapid mechanical loading, and a high performance fiber laser. All these aspects mean that even complex welding contours, such as those in microfluidic components, as well as clear-clear joins with visible seams, and volume production, can be implemented without high pre-production costs.
LPKF will also be presenting information on its patented system for laser hybrid welding with the robot-supported LPKF TwinWeld3D system designed for large, three dimensional parts. The LPKF LQ-Spot for laser staking will also be on display
