Our quality philosophy
The Plastics Welding Division of LPKF Laser & Electronics AG carries the responsibility for its customers, the environment and its staff.
To meet this responsibility we have enforced the following quality policy:
- We want to meet the customer’s requirements and level of satisfaction implementing innovative solutions of a high quality, which are reliable. And also give a high standard of customer service.
- With our controlled and efficient organizational structure we achieve a high standard of quality.
- High quality in all aspects of the workplace is an obligation for all members of the company.
- Our processes are based on an efficient and environmentally friendly handling of resources.

Accordingly to the principles of quality assurance the management from Plastics Welding Division of LPKF Laser & Electronics AG integrates a QM-based system with a DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard as company policy. The documentation in terms of a manual will guarantee an integrative quality in all processes and services.
Our quality policy includes the following:
The most important aim is the customer satisfaction. This includes external customers and members of the staff as internal customer.
At regular intervals customer questionnaires and staff meetings are carried out by the management to assess the level of customer satisfaction.
- Each member of the staff has to know and understand the quality criteria.
- The contents and results have to be professionally assessed.
- The solutions are based on the tasks.
- Our staff has the necessary professional and social skills.
- We admit to our mistakes. Our aim is an open environment which allows for continuous improvements.
- We use the results and experience from each completed task to improve our products and customer services.
- We only work with competent suppliers.
To ensure that all quality criteria are well known within the company internal training is regularly carried out and the QM-manual is available to all members of staff. Moreover we aim for constant improvement. The QM representative constantly monitors our quality policy and its adequacy with regards to the increasing size of the enterprize.
