LQ-Basic

An economical entry-level system.

The LQ-Basic series systems were especially developed to meet the needs of the laboratory and prototype sector. They are available with various laser power and optical configurations. The systems feature sturdy sheet metal housing with a large access flap on the front side as well as a flexible clamping device for mounting different clamping tools. The control of our LQ-Basic series is based on our own software-tool ProSeT, which makes it possible to conveniently set up welding processes adapted to the specific needs of laser plastic welding. The system is operated by means of an ergonomically designed flat screen.

Integrated melt travel monitoring:

The LQ-Basic system can be optionally equipped with a melt travel monitoring system. This enables the convenient recording of the melt travel achieved.
