LQ-Individual

The LQ-Individual systems start, where other standard systems reach their limits.

At LPKF Laser & Electronics AG, Plastics Welding Division, customers can also obtain solutions for their manufacturing concepts, which extend beyond the standard welding system programm. Individual manufacturing concepts are developed and successfully implemented together with the customer, based on our modular standard programms. The economic efficiency of such a solution is always at the fore.

Our LQ-Individual systems offer the customer a broad range of system technologies. In addition to the scanner-based beam movement that can be obtained in our standard systems, we also deliver customized welding systems for contour welding tasks with linear axis systems or articulated robots. In addition, we also produce systems for simultaneous welding tasks if necessary.

The basic components of our individual systems are always based on the LaserQuipment^® standard modules. All the laser units are connected to the welding station in a maintenance and service-friendly manner, the clamping units are based on tried and tested LaserQuipment^® technology and the control software is only adapted to the new requirements in those areas where it is absolutely necessary.

In this way we can also ensure the highest levels of system availability with low investment costs for customised solutions.
