Our LQ-Power systems are available in two housing designs:

The equipment variant with a 2 fold rotary indexing table, manufactured by WEISS rotary tables. It enables our customers to stepwise increase their production output, while producing at a low output rate. The system can be manually loaded and operated by means of a two hand tripping device. If the quantity increase, integration within an automated production line is possible with a pick-and-place system. The system comprises of the required interface by default.

The second housing form is specially designed for the integration of the welding system into conveyor belt systems. The specifically designed clamping concept enables a very high production output, by the option of welding two parts at the same time. Our customers are free to choose the manufacturer of the conveyor system as the LQ-Power systems are compatible to the most conveyor systems.
