You will never be left on your own with a LaserQuipment^® welding system. Our service staff will always be available for you during the many years of its operation. Tailor made to the requirements and wishes of our customers, LPKF Laser & Electronics AG, Plastics Welding Division offers you various options to secure the system's availability.

Service agreement

As with any technical appliance, long operating phases can only be achieved without difficulty by means of regular servicing and maintenance. For this reason, we provide you with the option of using our comprehensive maintenance service, which is available worldwide, for each welding system. A service technician LPKF Laser & Electronics AG, Plastics Welding Division will carry out maintenance work on your LaserQuipment^® welding system at regular intervals, inspect all the welding system's essential functions and if necessary initiate the required repair work. In this case it is matter of course for us that we know when your system must be serviced.

Remote maintenance system

Upon request, your LaserQuipment^® welding systems will be equipped with so-called teleservice modules. This makes it possible for our service employees to diagnose operational malfunctions that possibly arise throughout the world online and to help the customers to rectify the problem. A lot of small problems can be solved economically in this way. If it should not be possible to sort out a problem by means of remote maintenance, then our service employees can at least gain insight of the malfunction and plan the required repairs in a targeted manner.

24 hour spare parts’ service

All the components of your LaserQuipment^® welding system are supplied by us and can be delivered to you within 24 hours upon request. Also on Sundays and bank holidays if you wish.

24 hour service agreement

LPKF Laser & Electronics AG, Plastics Welding Division offers its system customers a robust solution even in the event of the highest availability demands. We are available 24 hours, 365 days a year if you wish. We offer you the option of maintaining your production operation even if the worst comes to the worst by our 24 hour service agreement. One of our service technicians will be on-site and will take care of your LaserQuipment^® welding system within 24 hours. In addition all the time critical spare parts of your welding system will be provided within 24 hours. We will be happy to set up a spare parts inventory on site together with you.
